Job summary

Coastland College is seeking a proactive People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead our HR Information System (iTrent) and drive digital transformation across People Services. You will develop, maintain and optimise workforce data, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making and improve efficiency.

Work with Payroll, Finance and MIS to enhance processes, automate where possible and ensure data accuracy and security.

Qualifications

Experience with HR, payroll or workforce systems.
Analytical with data insights to support decision-making.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to train and guide system users with varying technical knowledge.
Ability to work with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

Act as lead administrator for the HRIS (iTrent) and maintain system configuration, forms, and user permissions.
Lead continuous improvement of people systems, processes and digital ways of working.
Ensure workforce data is accurate, secure and audit-ready with dashboards and reporting.
Develop workforce insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience.
Manage system upgrades, testing, and integrations with payroll, finance and MIS.
