Job summary

Loughborough University is seeking a HR Data and Systems Operational Lead to drive BAU HR data and systems services during a major HR Systems Transformation programme.

You will lead a specialist HR Data and Systems team, ensuring system stability, resolution of operational issues and effective service delivery across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance and IT engagements. Strong leadership and iTrent expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience of HR systems in higher education.
• Strong hands-on iTrent experience.
• Experience of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a specialist HR Data and Systems team.
• Oversee delivery of HR data and systems BAU activity.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, IT and suppliers.
• Support reporting obligations including HESA Staff Return.
