The team plays a pivotal role in supporting the wider business with excellent customer service to all our stakeholders, responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment to compensation. This involves ensuring we have all the information needed for a new starter, issuing offer letters and contracts, processing pay increases or changes in working patterns, and liaising with our Payroll and Compensation and Benefits teams. We deal with colleague and management queries, finding solutions, making improvements, upskilling colleagues where needed, and ensuring we deliver the best service possible. As we are always looking for ways to improve, an eye for detail and spotting opportunities is key. All of the above is achieved through our case management system and HR system (Success Factors) along with other web-based software. You will need to be comfortable using a wide range of IT applications and learning new ones as we develop and improve. Experience of using Success Factors would be helpful, however not essential; we are looking for you to have strong skills with Excel and Word.
