Job summary

Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced People Services Team Leader to guide a team of People Services Administrators, manage day‑to‑day service delivery, and drive improvements across HR processes.

You will own performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Workday and business leaders to support a high‑performing, citizen‑focused People Services function in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team of professionals.
• Hands-on HR administration experience with lifecycle processes.
• Ability to manage busy services, prioritise requests and escalations.
