United Infrastructure in Warrington seeks a seasoned People Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day HR services and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle. You will lead the People Services team, collaborate with Payroll, HRIS and the wider People function to deliver accurate, timely and compliant processes.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to implement process improvements while maintaining high service standards across a large, changing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Services, HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Experience managing service standards, SLAs, workloads and operational performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and manage the People Services team, creating a high-performing, accountable and customer-focused culture.
• Oversee the day-to-day People Services operation and ensure agreed service standards and SLAs are achieved.
• Oversee the effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, promotions, transfers, family leave and offboarding.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve People Services processes.
• Build strong working relationships with People colleagues, managers and key stakeholders across the business.
