Job summary

Haven is seeking an experienced People Services Team Leader to combine HR administration expertise with confident people leadership. You’ll lead a team of People Services Administrators, own day-to-day service delivery and help us improve how we work, across Haven’s parks and central support centre.

This hands-on role focuses on building a capable team, driving service improvements, ensuring processes are accurate and compliant, and delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes and data confidentiality.
• Experience managing busy HR services with strong judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team with coaching and performance management.
• Own day-to-day service delivery and prioritise requests.
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions and ensure accurate processes.
• Ensure HR processes and controls are compliant and auditable.
• Drive continuous service improvements using performance data.
• Collaborate with Workday and senior leaders to embed improvements.
