Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is exclusively recruiting a People Services Business Partner for a well known organisation. The role partners with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational change, providing expert advice on employment law and HR policies.

You will coach managers, champion engagement and inclusion, and use data to inform decisions while supporting HR projects within a flexible hybrid pattern.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience with strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Drive to deliver with a forwarded thinking and collaborative approach
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, ideally with Level 7 or a willingness to work towards it.
• Broad HR generalist experience and strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting change.
• A proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers
• Restructure experience would be advantageous
