Alternative Futures Group is recruiting a Senior People Business Partner to shape our HR partnering approach and provide strategic advice to leaders. You will drive improvements across employee relations, policies, compliance and organisational effectiveness, reporting to the People Manager (Group).

Qualificações

• Significant experience of HR business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employee relations and providing HR advice to leaders.
• Experience of practical problem solving and managing complex HR issues.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the People & OD strategy and annual business plans.
• Provide expert leadership to the People Adviser team and Policy & Compliance Lead.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape people practices and governance.
• Oversee policy development, compliance, and improvement of HR frameworks.
• Lead on complex employee relations cases and escalation handling.
• Partner with ICT and other functions to improve systems, data and processes.
