Job summary

Cleo is hiring a People Partner to join the Partnerships team in the UK. You will provide consultative advice to leadership, coaching, and lead on complex employee relations across departments.

You’ll contribute to learning, engagement, and performance management as part of company-wide People initiatives. You’ll work with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, influence decisions, and drive high-performance and growth across geographies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a People Partner role within a fast-growth tech organisation.
• Experience with executive coaching is a plus but not required.
• Hands-on employee relations and case management, with knowledge of UK/US employment law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and difficult conversations.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas to align people strategies with department goals.
• Support Talent Review cycles, data integrity, and performance culture.
• Manage employee relations and coach managers to address issues early.
• Engage with leadership on engagement data and onboarding/exit processes.
• Deliver tailored coaching to develop leaders and drive organisational health.
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives and contribute to People roadmap projects.
• Provide SME support to the People department and respond to stakeholder queries.
