Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a People Partner to support the Senior People Partner in delivering the People agenda at Head Office, partnering with leaders across business areas on ER and talent processes.

You will drive engagement, performance management, succession planning and learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and contributing to a culture of high performance and growth.

Formación

• Experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Experienced coach to client groups.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR point of contact for managers and Leadership Teams.
• Establish strong business partnering relationships to drive performance and growth.
• Support line managers with performance management processes.
• Guide managers through ER activities.
• Develop engagement action plans and track delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end talent management and succession planning for Head Office.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire top talent and support internal growth.
• Identify learning needs and design development initiatives.
• Analyze exit survey data to inform people plans.
• Assist with compensation and reward cycles and benchmarking.
