Job summary

Cleo in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our Partnerships team. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Engineering and Data Science to align people strategies with business goals, provide coaching, and manage complex employee relations with tact and discretion.

You’ll own programs such as performance reviews, development initiatives, and engagement activities, driving measurable outcomes like reduced attrition, higher engagement scores, and stronger

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a People Partner role within a fast-growth technology organisation.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science.
• Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations and knowledge of UK employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to align people strategies with business goals.
• Administer key company-wide programmes like the Performance Review Cycle and Check-Ins.
• Manage employee relations and advise on appropriate actions, coaching Managers.
• Support engagement, learning and development, and performance initiatives.
