Job summary

Immediate is seeking a People Partner to support client groups across our UK business, blending strategic HR with a people-first mindset. You’ll partner with a Senior People Partner and People Advisor to shape initiatives that drive engagement, culture and performance.

In this generalist role you will analyse people data, coach managers through ER issues, support organisational design and collaborate with Talent, Reward, L&D and EDI to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in a business partner or advisory role.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and ability to handle employee relations matters.
• Data-driven mindset - able to analyse people data and turn insights into action.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills for managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Collaborative, cross-functional experience with Talent, Reward, L&D and EDI.
• Proactive problem-solver who creates practical, people-first solutions.
• Passion for culture and wellbeing and inclusive workplace.
• Organisational design/change experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to client groups, providing proactive, solution-focused advice.
• Leverage people data by generating reports and identifying trends and risks.
• Guide and coach managers through employee relations issues with empathy.
• Champion culture and values across teams for a positive employee experience.
• Collaborate with People functions to deliver end-to-end employee experiences.
• Support organisational design and development to improve engagement and performance.
• Work with the People Partnering and ED&I teams on training, policies and surveys.
• Champion wellbeing initiatives and promote wellbeing tools and programs.
• Keep policies and procedures up to date with employment law.
