Job summary

Immediate Media Co. is seeking a proactive People Partner to support client groups as a trusted advisor, working with a Senior People Partner and a People Advisor. This is a true generalist role with scope to influence people and business outcomes across the organisation.

You’ll blend strategic HR expertise with a people-first mindset, drive engagement, and build trusted partnerships. You’ll champion culture, wellbeing, and inclusive practices while ensuring processes align with UK employment

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in a business partner or advisory role.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience turning insights into actions.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills for managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across functions.
• Collaborative, cross-functional approach with Talent, Reward, L&D and EDI.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to client groups, providing proactive advice to help leaders deliver objectives.
• Analyse people data, report findings, and translate insights into actions.
• Coach managers through performance, wellbeing, change, and ER issues with empathy.
• Champion our culture and values, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Collaborate with the People function to deliver a seamless end-to-end employee experience.
• Support organisational design and development to drive engagement and growth.
