Job summary

Cleo is seeking a People Partner to join our Partnerships team. You will advise leadership, coach managers, and lead on complex employee relations across geographies.

You’ll influence learning, engagement, and performance initiatives while helping build scalable people programs for a fast-growing company. You will collaborate with leaders across Cleo to drive a high-performance culture, support talent development, and ensure policy compliance in the UK and US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a People Partner in a fast-growth tech organisation.
• Experience with executive coaching is a plus but not required.
• Hands-on experience with complex employee relations and case management, incl. UK/US law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas to align people strategies with department goals.
• Support Talent Review cycles, data integrity, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations and coach managers to address issues early.
• Support engagement initiatives, onboarding, and learning and development.
• Deliver coaching to leaders and contribute to the People Roadmap and initiatives.
