Job summary

Cleo in London is seeking a People Partner to join our Partnerships team. You’ll collaborate with leadership, provide consultative advice, coaching, and lead on complex Employee Relations matters across departments.

You will also help with learning and development, engagement, and performance management, shaping programs across multiple geographies at a fast-growing tech company. This role offers meaningful equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a People Partner role within a fast-growth, technology-led organisation, ideally supporting multiple geographies.
• Experience with Executive Coaching is advantageous but not essential.
• Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations and case management, including knowledge of UK and US employment laws and regulations.
• Great attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and identifying process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas to align people strategies with departmental goals and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support company-wide programs like Talent Review Cycle and Talent Check-Ins along with data integrity.
• Manage employee relations and provide expert support, coaching managers to address issues early.
• Collaborate with client groups on engagement data and conduct 1:1s and group forums during onboarding and exit points.
• Deliver tailored coaching to upskill leaders and drive measurable outcomes such as attrition and engagement improvements.
• Contribute to Learning and Development initiatives and drive People Roadmap projects.
