Job summary

Cleo AI in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our Partnerships team. You'll collaborate with the Head of People Partnerships, advising leadership on employee relations, coaching, and comprehensive people initiatives across engineering and data science.

You will own complex ER matters, drive the Performance Review Cycle and engagement initiatives, and partner with leaders to scale Cleo's culture as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a People Partner role within a fast-growth tech organisation.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Hands-on employee relations and case management skills with UK employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to align people strategies with business goals.
• Administer programs such as performance reviews and check-ins, ensuring data integrity.
• Manage employee relations and coach managers to address issues early.
• Collaborate with leaders on engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
• Drive measurable outcomes like attrition, engagement, and organizational health metrics.
• Provide tailored coaching to leaders and support company-wide people initiatives.
