Job summary

Unilever in Kingston is seeking a People Partner to oversee end-to-end employee relations and Tier 2 care within our People Experience network. You will partner with line managers and HR to ensure compliant, fair outcomes and to minimise risk across the business.

The role requires at least 4 years in an ER-heavy HR role, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent stakeholder management. Hybrid working options are available in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an ER-heavy operational HR role (e.g., HR Advisor, HR Generalist, ER Specialist).
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law related to HR policies and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and line managers on ER matters.
• Lead all employee relations activities with line managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR policies.
• Provide guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and redundancy processes.
• Draft outcome letters and support cases through to resolution, maintaining neutrality and Unilever standards.
