Qualifications

• Strong experience in Employee Relations or Colleague Relations within a fast-paced business.
• Ability to support complex and sensitive cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner operational leaders and managers on ER cases with confidence and commercial focus.
• Develop and coach managers to build capability in handling people matters.
• Spot trends in colleague relations and influence improvements across the business.
• Balance policy, colleague experience and business risk to deliver fair outcomes.
