Revlon is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join our HR team on a hybrid basis. You will support both Head Office and Retail populations, advising managers on employee relations and applying UK employment law in practice.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor/HR Generalist/People Partner.
• Strong hands-on employee relations experience.
• Practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment and the broader employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for managers within your client group, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.
• Manage employee relations cases from end to end, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence and capability matters.
• Provide confident advice on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling people matters and conversations.
• Support organisational change and employee consultation processes.
• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment within your client group, from job adverts to onboarding.
• Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including probation, performance reviews and internal moves.
• Work with the wider HR team to ensure HR processes and data are accurate.
