Müller UK & Ireland is hiring an Employee Relations Partner to support managers with professional ER guidance, resolve complex people-related matters, and ensure compliant practice across the business. The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Based in Bridgwater or Stroud with hybrid on-site requirements, the position includes travel within the partner region and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing employee relations matters across levels.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide managers with professional ER support to resolve people-related matters.
• Coach and develop managers on ER processes and responsibilities.
• Escalate complex high-risk cases to Head of HR/Legal Counsel with recommended actions.
• Analyze data trends to support engagement and change initiatives.
