Job summary

Creation Group is seeking a dedicated HR & Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment processes, onboarding and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on candidate experience, data integrity and compliance across all HR activities.

The successful candidate will manage interview coordination, maintain records in the ATS, assist with job postings and ensure GDPR-compliant handling of data, while supporting a proactive HR team that drives 37.5 hours per week across Monday

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration or HR support is preferred.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with G Suite.
• Experience handling confidential candidate data and maintaining accurate records.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage interview logistics and candidate communications.
• Ensure timely feedback from interviewers and clear candidate updates.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and support job postings.
