Job summary

Creation Group is seeking an HR Officer to support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance with UK Employment Law, and drive employee relations with professionalism and discretion.

The role requires hands-on experience in a generalist HR function, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build relationships with managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR function and hands-on HR delivery.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and ACAS Code.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations casework and confidential information.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive HR service across the company.
• Lead on employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Maintain HR data and run monthly/annual HR reports.
• Support performance review cycles and learning initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, training plans and lifecycle activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support Central Services.
