Job summary

MLC Partners is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the People & Culture function at Princes Risborough. This broad, hands-on role owns daily delivery of people operations, driving improvements across systems, processes, recruitment and the employee experience.

You will line manage the People Team Executive and collaborate with senior leaders and managers. As a leader, you will streamline and automate processes, maintain governance, ensure data accuracy in Sage People and payroll

Qualifications

• Experience across HR systems, recruitment and people processes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team and supervise the People Team Executive.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from attraction to onboarding.
• Oversee employee data and HR system accuracy, incl. payroll interface.
• Manage monthly payroll processes with the People Team Executive.
• Govern and deliver people policies and procedures with governance.
