Job summary

Hearing-Dogs-For-Deaf-People is hiring a People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day people operations across recruitment, payroll, and HR systems. Based hybrid at The Grange, Saunderton, Princes Risborough, you’ll partner with the Interim Head of HR to improve service delivery and employee experience.

You will drive SLA achievement, oversee data accuracy, and support policy development while managing a team and advocating process improvements across the People and Culture function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day People and Culture operations.
• Line manages the People Team Executive.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture team.
• Line manage the People Team Executive.
• Oversee employee data management and HR system accuracy.
• Support allocation of resources to meet SLAs and manage projects.
• Manage recruitment in collaboration with the People Team Executive.
• Manage monthly payroll in collaboration with the People Team Executive.
• Support policies and procedures for employees.
• Drive continuous improvement of people operations and automation opportunities.
