• Own all People Operations functions: onboarding, benefits administration, visa and right-to-work processes, policy documentation
• Manage HRIS and payroll platforms, keep data audit-ready
• Run seamless onboarding for every new joiner and thorough offboarding
• Continuously improve and automate people processes to scale
• Support broader team on ad hoc requests and employee experience initiatives
