About the Role

We’re looking for a PeopleOps Coordinator that has exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.

As our PeopleOps Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the operational backbone of our People function. You’ll support the build of scalable processes as Nscale expands across multiple locations. You’ll be at the heart of our employee experience, driving operational efficiency across key People processes, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits administration, and data management.

Working in partnership with the Senior Manager, People Operations, you’ll streamline workflows, manage critical HR systems, and support compliance efforts. Your ability to problem-solve, stay organised and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be essential in ensuring our People function scales effectively. You are a true "go-getter" who is not afraid to ask questions, makes good judgment knowing when to move forward with a good solution and iterates to great.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Maintain and update our HRIS ensuring top accuracy in employee records and organisational data.
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding documentation and other pre-employment requirements. You will own the onboarding and offboarding administration ensuring a first-class employee experience.
  • Prepare and manage People-related reports, including headcount tracking, compliance reporting and internal dashboards.
  • Support day-to-day People operations, such as benefits administration, employee queries or process documentation.
  • Help refine and document People policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and compliance across locations.
  • Assist in organizing People-related initiatives, such as engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.
  • Highly approachable and have a “HR as a product” mindset to your role, ensuring that everyone, locally in the UK and internationally, has a great interaction with you and the People Operations team.
  • Highly adaptable to new processes, technologies, and ways of working, thriving in a dynamic, evolving, and always changing environment.
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality and are aware of the dangers of data leaks and how this can affect company culture.

  • 3+ years of experience within People Operations

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent administrative and data management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (BambooHR), spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Exposure to global or multi-location People operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance processes.
