We’re looking for a PeopleOps Coordinator that has exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
As our PeopleOps Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the operational backbone of our People function. You’ll support the build of scalable processes as Nscale expands across multiple locations. You’ll be at the heart of our employee experience, driving operational efficiency across key People processes, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits administration, and data management.
Working in partnership with the Senior Manager, People Operations, you’ll streamline workflows, manage critical HR systems, and support compliance efforts. Your ability to problem-solve, stay organised and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be essential in ensuring our People function scales effectively. You are a true "go-getter" who is not afraid to ask questions, makes good judgment knowing when to move forward with a good solution and iterates to great.
