Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a People Lifecycle Manager to coordinate outsourced People services and drive continuous service improvement. The role focuses on performance, talent and cyclical People activities, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the People Function.

The role involves managing complex data collection, analytics and logistics for annual Performance and Talent activities, with governance and risk considerations across service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance, talent, promotion, or other cyclical People activity.
• Commercial understanding of how HR enables business performance.
• Strong project management and organisational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing outsourced providers and governance.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced People services across performance, talent, promotion, reward and other cyclical activities, ensuring delivery against agreed plans.
• Manage provider relationships, tracking service performance, queries, actions, escalations, risks and incident resolution.
• Act as the operational escalation point for stakeholders, driving issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with service owners, Procurement, Audit, Risk, Security and other control functions to maintain effective governance and compliance.
• Support service continuity, data security and customer experience by identifying, managing and escalating outsourcing risks and service impacts.
• Drive operational improvements, maintain service documentation, and support projects, change initiatives and outsourcing transitions through to implementation.
