Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Associate in the People Lifecycle team to drive and deliver core people processes across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with teams across the People Function to review, redesign and enhance processes, leverage technology, improve governance and reporting, and support delivery of strategic people priorities.

Working with stakeholders across People Solutions, Business Partnering, Centres of Excellence and the broader business, you will identify opportunities to

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Function or shared services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with data, reporting and MI to support decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation and presentations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative approach focused on process improvement.

Responsibilities
