Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a People Lifecycle Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of outsourced People services. The role focuses on practical knowledge of People cycles and knowledge management to coordinate activity, track actions, resolve issues, and monitor service performance.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage data collection and analytics for Performance and Talent activities, and drive process improvements across multiple workstreams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience with performance, talent, promotion, reward or cyclical People activity.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving for operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced People services across performance, talent, promotion, reward and other cyclical activities, ensuring delivery against plans.
• Manage provider relationships, track service performance, queries, actions, escalations, risks and incident resolution.
• Act as the operational escalation point for stakeholders, driving issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with service owners, Procurement, Audit, Risk, Security and other control functions to maintain governance and compliance.
• Support service continuity, data security and customer experience by identifying, managing and escalating outsourcing risks and service impacts.
• Drive operational improvements, maintain service documentation, and support projects through outsourcing transitions.
