Job summary

Great British Energy Group is seeking a proactive Change Lead to guide people aspects across a major finance transformation programme. You will work with Finance leaders, HR and other stakeholders to implement the People Strategy, manage change risks and shape the future operating model.

You will define and execute engagement, learning and communications to support adoption of new systems and operating processes, ensuring a smooth transition for colleagues across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning and restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to programme and executive stakeholders on people impacts and organisational design.
• Define and deliver the People Strategy and Implementation Plan for the Finance Transformation Programme.
• Coordinate engagement, communication and learning activities to support adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Lead consultation, redeployment and change processes in line with employment legislation and TU consultation.
