Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a finance systems transformation programme in the United Kingdom. You will engage stakeholders, drive business readiness, and help ensure adoption of new processes and systems within Finance, Procurement, and the broader organisation.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, and ensuring the organisation is prepared for process and system improvements across the programme.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering change management on finance transformation, ERP, or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels.
• Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses.

• Develop and deliver the change management approach for the finance systems improvement programme.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and the wider organisation.
• Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and interviews to identify concerns and improvement opportunities.
• Support the organisation in understanding and adopting new processes and ways of working.
• Develop and execute communication, engagement, and business readiness plans.
• Assess organisational impacts of proposed changes and create mitigation strategies where required.
• Identify potential resistance to change and implement engagement activities to secure buy-in.
• Ensure end users are prepared and supported throughout the transformation journey.
• Track and report on stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Work with programme leadership to align change activity with milestones and delivery objectives.
