Job summary

RS is hiring a Change Manager to drive the people side of transformation within the Finance function. You will partner with senior leaders to shape change strategies, build sponsorship and keep colleagues engaged throughout transitions.

You will champion adoption, coaching leaders, and create readiness plans while aligning business aims with employee experience and performance outcomes across the Global Shared Business Services organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the people side of large-scale transformation programmes in matrix organisations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to unite teams behind a vision.
• Experience guiding change through ambiguity and managing resistance to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people and leadership aspects of major transformation initiatives within Finance.
• Partner with senior leaders to build sponsorship and engage the organisation.
• Develop and execute change strategies aligning objectives with colleague experience.
• Influence stakeholders and provide coaching to leaders navigating change.
• Create stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness plans.
• Use data and feedback to measure adoption and improve outcomes.
