Job summary

BT Group in London is seeking a Business Change Specialist to lead end-to-end change strategies for Finance and Digital transformation programmes. You will translate complex change into user-focused experiences, influencing senior stakeholders and embedding new processes, systems and ways of working.

You will drive adoption with data-driven insights, shape cultural outcomes, and guide AI-enabled change within agile delivery, partnering across Finance, Procurement and Digital to deliver

Qualifications

Leading end-to-end change strategies across large-scale programmes.
Influencing senior leaders and executives to shape decisions.
Designing change, communications, engagement and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change strategies for Finance and Digital transformation programmes.
Own the change approach across programmes, aligning to strategy and goals.
Provide confident senior challenge and assurance to programme and executive leaders.
Design behavioural change strategies to drive sustainable adoption.
Lead change within agile delivery models and AI-enabled change.
