Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Change Lead to collaborate with finance stakeholders on the people side of transformation. You will drive change management, communications, learning, and business readiness to ensure adoption of new finance processes and tools.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, stakeholder engagement, training design, and risk mitigation, in a role that partners with senior leaders and project teams across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Experience conducting organizational impact assessments and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that drive outcomes.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement across impacted groups.
• Assess organizational and workforce impacts from transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver communication plans that build awareness and commitment to change.
• Design and coordinate training, learning, and adoption activities for successful transitions.
• Implement business readiness activities to prepare stakeholders for future-state processes.
• Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop practical change solutions using established methodologies and assets.
• Partner with business leaders and project teams to drive alignment and adoption.
