Job summary

Tricel is seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to champion people-focused support for line managers across the Group. You will provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development while promoting a positive workplace culture.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR processes, and reporting in the UKG system, with travel to site locations across the Group as required.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or a Level 5 qualification in HR or related discipline.
• The role requires a passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
• A proven track record in a progressive HR environment is essential.
• Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in HR reporting and willingness to travel to various sites.
