Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions in Marlow, UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Employee Relations Specialist to influence managers and shape people practices across a growing organisation. The role focuses on trusted ER partnership and practical, commercially focused advice.

You will own a varied ER caseload, from disciplinary and grievances through to performance, absence, organisational change and other complex people issues, while coaching managers and driving HR improvements.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent essential.
• 4–5+ years of HR advisory or employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Experience managing complex ER cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and UK employment law.
• Manage ER cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence, flexible working and conduct matters.
• Support managers through investigations, hearings, consultations and other sensitive processes.
• Coach and develop managers to improve their confidence and capability in handling people matters.
• Design and deliver manager training, guidance and toolkits.
• Review and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation, case law and HR best practice.
• Prepare high-quality HR documentation, including investigation reports, outcome letters and consultation materials.
• Support DSARs, legal enquiries and employment-related matters.
• Analyse ER trends and people data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support organisational change, including restructures, redundancies, TUPE and consultation processes.
• Manage the leaver and exit interview process, identifying key themes and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider HR team on employee engagement, wellbeing and people initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted HR advisor.
