Job summary

Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd seeks an experienced Head of HR to lead the people agenda across the UK and international operations. You will act as a trusted adviser to Directors and managers, shaping the HR function and driving a culture of accountability and high performance.

The role requires strong employment law knowledge and experience in international employment, with hybrid working and travel to UK/offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience operating within an international business and with visa requirements desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to Directors and managers on all people matters.
• Lead and develop the HR function across UK and international operations.
• Raise the standard of management across the business.
• Coach and challenge managers to build high-performing teams that deliver results.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure HR operations, payroll, benefits and administration are delivered efficiently.
• Improve HR systems, reporting and people data to support better decision making.
