Job summary

Tricel is seeking an HR Advisor to champion people-focused support for line managers across the business. The role focuses on empowering leaders, driving performance and fostering a positive workplace culture across the UK.

You will advise on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and retention, while supporting HR metrics and policy implementation in a dynamic, cross-country environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 3 or level 5 qualification is required.
• Passion for working with people and excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in a progressive HR environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and org design.
• Recruit at all levels to attract high calibre candidates.
• Support onboarding, induction, stay interviews and offboarding.
• Drive engagement, retention and recognition programs.
• Implement HR policies promoting an inclusive culture.
• Participate in attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings.
• Support HR metrics delivery and documentation in UKG.
• Lead or assist on Group initiatives and cross-country projects.
