Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a capable People Advisor to join our expanding People team. You will focus on managing employee relations cases, day-to-day HR queries and supporting managers through people processes.

You will work with a People Business Partner, take ownership of cases, maintain records, draft HR communications and assist with TUPE and policy implementation, contributing to a reliable HR service across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or People advisory handling employee relations.
• Ability to respond to day-to-day HR queries with clear guidance.
• Experience supporting managers through people processes and policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases with accuracy and discretion.
• Respond to queries relating to People policies and procedures.
• Draft letters, HR documentation and contractual correspondence.
• Support TUPE transfers and business change activity under supervision.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters as required.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and exits as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR records.
