TC Group in Fareham is seeking a People & Culture Adviser to join the central team. You will provide practical HR advice to managers and Partners, handling a varied employee relations caseload and collaborating across multi-office teams.

Gain exposure to performance, absence, disciplinary and DSAR matters while driving early intervention, data insights and continuous improvement in a busy professional services environment.

Qualifications

• HR advisory experience in a busy environment.
• Experience drafting professional correspondence and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, practical People & Culture advice to managers and Partners.
• Support performance, absence and attendance management cases.
• Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Prepare meeting correspondence, documentation and outcome letters.
• Coach managers through people issues and promote early intervention.
• Support DSAR and ensure compliance with timescales.
• Analyse people data and trends to provide insights.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify themes.
• Support policy development and people projects.
