Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Change Analyst to drive people-focused change across our business. You will support change management plans, work with the Change/Project Manager, and help teams adopt new ways of working through strong stakeholder engagement.

The role offers hybrid working across Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich, with a day rate aligned to a circa £32,800 salary depending on skills and experience. Closing date noted in the job advert.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
• Experience communicating to diverse audiences and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Able to adapt to ambiguity and maintain a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of change management plans to maximise adoption and minimize resistance.
• Assist the Change Manager or Project Manager in delivery of the change programme.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to support adoption and usage.
