Anglian Water Services Ltd is seeking a Change Analyst to join our hybrid team across Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 37 hours a week, with a balance of home and office working.

You will support adoption of business changes, focusing on the people side of change, and help deliver our digital and operational change portfolio. You will work with Change Managers and SMEs to create and implement change plans, engage stakeholders, communicate

• Experience in delivering change projects (advantageous).
• Strong communication to diverse audiences and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work with initiative.

• As a Change Analyst, support adoption of change across the business.
• Create and implement change management plans to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
• Assist Change Manager/Project Manager and collaborate with subject matter experts.
