Deltra Group is recruiting a Business Change Analyst on a 15-month contract to support a major transformation across people, processes and technology in the South East of England.

Hybrid working with base in Worthing, West Sussex; day rate £450-£500 inside scope; you will engage with stakeholders, coordinate change activities and help embed new ways of working. This role suits someone who thrives on people engagement and manages multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business change or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with managers, operational teams and end users.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse feedback, assess impacts and support readiness activities.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in a regulated industry or knowledge of change methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of change management activities across the programme.
• Help implement change plans aligned to programme milestones.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication activities.
• Gather feedback and insights from impacted business areas.
• Support change impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
• Assist with the coordination of workshops, briefings, engagement events and training-related activity.
• Maintain change logs, action trackers, stakeholder records and other documentation.
• Produce clear reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Help embed new processes, systems, behaviours and ways of working.

About the organisation

We are recruiting on behalf of a large, highly regulated utilities business supporting essential water and wastewater services across a wide geographic area in the South East of England. The organisation operates in a complex environment where strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication and practical delivery are essential to successful change.

About the opportunity

This is a 15-month contract for a Business Change Analyst supporting a major transformation programme delivering change across people, process and technology.

You will work closely with the Business Change Lead, programme team, managers and end users to help colleagues stay engaged, informed and supported throughout the transition. The role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities independently, and is comfortable helping to embed new ways of working.
