Anglian Water Services is seeking a Change Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (37 hours per week). Hybrid working across Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich.

• Experience delivering change projects or familiarity with change management
• Experience communicating to diverse audiences and managing stakeholders
• Able to work with multiple teams and adapt to evolving requirements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Assist in creating and implementing change management plans to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
• Support the Change Manager and project team in delivering business change.
• Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to promote adoption of new ways of working.
