Job summary

PDSA is seeking a People Experience Business Partner to design and deliver initiatives that enhance the colleague experience across the employee lifecycle. You will work with senior leaders to bring the People Strategy to life through engagement, wellbeing and inclusion.

You will lead listening, engagement and inclusion programmes, translate insights into practical actions, and influence at all levels to create a work culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience leading employee engagement surveys with analysis, action planning and reporting.
• Experience facilitating colleague forums, engagement events, listening groups and Q&A sessions.
• Experience leading wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across an organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence constructively.
• A genuine passion for creating inclusive, engaging and positive workplace cultures.
