PDSA is seeking a People Experience Business Partner to drive colleagues’ experience across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, wellbeing and inclusion, turning insight into practical actions that improve culture and performance.

You’ll manage listening programmes, analysis of feedback and action planning while collaborating across a complex charity to deliver sustainable change that supports staff to thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience leading employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Strong ability to translate insight into practical actions.

Responsabilités

• Design, deliver and continuously improve initiatives that enhance colleague experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead engagement, wellbeing and inclusion agendas with senior leaders and across the organisation.
• Turn data and feedback into meaningful action and measurable improvements.
