Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a dedicated lead for internal communications and people experience to shape onboarding, engagement and culture across permanent, casual and volunteer teams. You will develop clear content, manage the internal comms app and partner with Marketing to keep information accurate and timely.

You will drive data-informed decisions, handle sensitive information with discretion and coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced, event-led environment with seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications or people experience across varied workforce.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Confidential data handling and discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications supporting People strategy.
• Own and manage internal comms app for content and rollout.
• Collaborate with department leads and Marketing to keep content accurate.
• Create content across SharePoint, intranet platforms, email, presentations.
• Support engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives and surveys.
• Reimagine induction/onboarding and first-day experience.
• Manage end-to-end exit processes and reporting insights.
