Greater London Authority is seeking a Senior Internal Communications professional to partner with Core and Enabling Services to plan and deliver internal communications that align with key business priorities. You will produce high‑quality content for intranet, leadership messages, newsletters and campaigns while supporting large staff events.

You will coordinate across teams, translate complex information into clear messages and help shape how colleagues experience change.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing and delivering measurable internal communications plans in a complex environment.
• Experience providing clear internal communications advice to a range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messages.
• Proactive relationship building with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience organising large staff events including logistics and content creation.

Responsabilités

• Write intranet stories, colleague updates, leadership messages and newsletters.
• Meeting with stakeholders to understand activity and plan approaches.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns with content, approvals and delivery timelines.
• Organise colleague events including logistics and materials.
• Update communications plans, calendars and channel schedules.
• Review channel performance and engagement data to identify improvements.
