Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in internal communications, employee experience or human resources communications
• Experience supporting communications tied to human resources and People programs
• Strong writing skills with the ability to translate updates into accessible employee communications
• Good judgment in handling confidential or sensitive material
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and metrics is desired
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Execute employee communications across onboarding, recognition, career milestones and culture, making Moody's employee experience clear, credible and human
• Execute communications programs across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, anniversaries, recognition programs and career milestones
• Draft clear, credible employee communications translating People policy into accessible language
• Support leadership with narrative and messaging materials for People priorities
• Ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with enterprise internal communications voice and cadence
• Produce content and plan channels for culture and engagement initiatives
• Assist in preparing communications for sensitive workforce topics under guidance
• Track engagement data and refine programs based on results
• Collaborate with Executive Visibility, Brand and Regional Communications teams to align narratives
