Job summary

Paddock at Silverstone is seeking a People Experience and Internal Communications Lead to shape and deliver internal comms and engagement across permanent, casual and volunteer teams, from onboarding to exit. You’ll own the internal comms app and collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate, timely content.

You’ll apply data and feedback to improve engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, while redesigning onboarding and the team values.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or people experience.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and action.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications across workforce groups.
• Own and manage the internal comms app and content rollout.
• Collaborate with Marketing to keep content accurate and timely.
• Support onboarding redesign and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with exit processes and knowledge transfer.
